General Assembly 2007
The General Assembly 2007 was held in Brussels, Belgium on October 5th and 6th.
Nine members out of 15 merged in this General Assembly. Board members and Vice presidents from Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Sweden and United Kingdom assembled and discussed both past and future activities of A.I.A. Two representatives of the Hungarian Aphasia Association attended the meeting as observers.

Administrators: vacancies!!

Phillip Dan handed over the AIA accountancy. He however offered the board his continuing help and assistance as an administrator, which they gratefully accepted. The GA regretted the ineluctability of board members Sue Gilpin (United Kingdom) and Terttu Elo (Finland) and expressed thanks for the years during which Sue Gilpin and Terttu Elo marked AIA meetings by their competence and friendship.

Contacts with European Disability Forum (EDF)
As representatives of AIA most members that attended the GA 2007 took part in EDF's event in Brussels, celebrating it's 10 year anniversary.
